I believe that is Mary Elizabeth Bliss, the daughter of Zachary Taylor.
She served as the "First Lady", as her mother declined the role. (according to Wikipedia) https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mary_Elizabeth_Bliss So when is this "Old Enough To Know Better" supposed to kick in? |
