RE: Presidents and First Ladies Trivia
The face makes me want to say Herbert Hoover, but the photo doesn't seem old enough.
He doesn't seem happy to have his picture taken.
So when is this "Old Enough To Know Better" supposed to kick in?

Nope. Both of you think logically, but it is not either Hoover or Eisenhower.

Coolidge? Although my first guess was Hoover also.

Eva, I am sorry, it's not LBJ.

Anita, kudos, you are correct. It is a young William Howard Taft.

He grew to be a good-sized man. And he sometimes played golf with Robert Lincoln.

Anita, you win two free tickets to the William Howard Taft National Historic Site in Cincinnati.

A Washington socialite had this to say about one of our First Ladies: "She is admired and esteemed by the rich and loved by the poor. You are aware she snuffs, but in her hands the snuff box seems only a gracious instrument with which to charm."

To whom was she referring?

Dolly Madison

I think that's one of the secret ingredients she used in her snack cakes back then. (I wonder if it helps extend the shelf life?)
