RE: Assassination Trivia
Is the anniversary on January 2 or January 3? My board settings aren't set to my own time zone, so I'm not sure when things are posted here.

RE: Assassination Trivia
Based on the time code of Eva's post, it should be Jan. 3rd.

RE: Assassination Trivia
This is a wild guess, but might this be the 150th anniversary of the interment of John Wilkes Booth's remains in the Baltimore cemetery where he and other members of his family are buried?

RE: Assassination Trivia
Congratulations, Gust! Yes, it is a photo of Lt. James O. Hall taken during World War II. Before I received the photo, the ones I was most familiar with are here:

RE: Assassination Trivia
When Ed Steers sent me this photo, I started to cry -- and at my age, that's hard to do. As most of you know, James O. Hall ranks in the top ten of my favorite people who have influenced my life.
In our research files, we have another WWII photo of him astride a military motorcycle (MP?). We ladies swooned over how good-looking he was, even with half his head covered by a helmet. This photo is even better. |
