Ghosts?
I happened to tune in to an all-day marathon of Ghost Hunters today (a guilty pleasure I have to own up to - though I also have to admit that, by the time the tour is over, and the lights go out, I usually get distracted and lose interest), just in time to catch the Dr Samuel Mudd House episode, with Michael Kauffman! (sorry, Laurie, for that marathon sentence) I had heard about the episode before, but had never seen it. So now I just have to ask ... are there any ghost stories connected with any of our stories or places here?

Hi Dawn. Did you mean just Mudd-related or any Lincoln-related topic? This one fascinates me (I already have a big interest in the funeral train); it's a little long, but still makes for an interesting read. Click here.

Supposedly Fort McNair is haunted -- there are lots of reports of that:
