RE: Playbill
Now, if about fifty of us pool our life savings, we can buy the house and time share it. Each would get to use it about one month every four years. Thanks, Paige, for showing me a way to spend my daughter's inheritance!

Wow, $3.5 Million and the kitchen is in the basement? No garage, and a shared? backyard.
No master bathroom. No walk in closets.
Nice interior wood trim. Low maintenance exterior brick. It is a beautiful home.
Unfortunately, Zillow indicates the housing values will decrease in that neighborhood.

Fido says the back yard is to small for him
I'll have to pass on this one.

**** Nice job Paige! ****

So when is this "Old Enough To Know Better" supposed to kick in?

RE: Playbill
Absolutely stunning! Thanks for sharing, Paige -- great detective work!

This would be my dream home; albeit I prefer it out in the country rather than the city.....
