Donna, please correct me if I say anything that is incorrect.

Mary grew up in a Presbyterian family in Lexington. The Todds were members of the McChord Presbyterian Church on Market Street. When she first moved to Springfield, she became an Episcopalian and was married by an Episcopalian minister. In 1850 she transferred her allegiance back to the Presbyterian church, and she attended Presbyterian churches in Springfield from 1850-1861 and in Washington, D.C. from 1861-1865. Her funeral sermon in 1882 was preached by a Presbyterian minister.

Where can this picture be found? I can't recall seeing it before. Many of Jack's photos are in the Lincoln Family Album (Harold Holzer). Was this from the Meserve collection?

Also, Roger, where did you find the picture of the older Hannah Armstrong? The only one I have ever seen was the one that has been used by so many Lincoln biographers, from Sandburg onward and, in that one she is wearing a bonnet.

A total shot in the dark and I don't know the man's name, but Austin Golloher's father?

Hint #5: In the accident mentioned in Hint #3 the same part of Lincoln's body was hit as was Mary Lincoln's in her 1863 accident.
