Some of you in the D.C. area may be interested in this all-day seminar by the Smithsonian on the Civil War in "the West," (i.e. anywhere west of Virginia). Wish I could go since very little attention is paid to any of the action outside VA and Gettysburg. Saturday, April 20, $130 for non-Smithsonian members.
