Surratt Farms Pecans
Most of you who know me know I'm a Texan and as a Texan I love me some pecan pie !! Our own Surratts are in the pecan biz. Seems the 2011 crop is now shipping. Just had to share that, however I'm not a paid spokesman.

I remember the first time I heard about this company - I went online to open http://www.surratt.org, and their website came up first in line! I keep telling myself to contact them because a branch of our Surratts did migrate to Texas.

Certainly looks like a great line to carry at the Surratt House Museum, maybe another menu item for the conference.

We have tried selling other food products over the years, and they just don't sell. I can't tell you how many things we have trashed because of expiration dates.
