Food Mosaic of Abraham Lincoln
I scanned this from a book my wife owns. The book is titled Honest to Goodness: Honestly Good Food From Mr. Lincoln's Hometown. It's a very attractive cookbook published by the Junior League of Springfield.
The Lincoln food mosaic was made by a creative team consisting of a food stylist, two art directors, and a photographer. |

They should enter a float in the Rose Parade! Question: What are Turtle Beans?

RE: Food Mosaic of Abraham Lincoln
The definition I found was a "black-seeded bean of South America."
The book says that when the creative team's work was done the food mosaic turned out to be close to four feet high and three feet wide (and extremely fragile!). |

RE: Food Mosaic of Abraham Lincoln
That could go under the "bizarre" depictions of Lincoln. I'm not sure whether to admire it or cook it.
