Lincoln Assassination Tours
For a little over four years, I was one of the narrators for the Surratt Society's John Wilkes Booth escape route bus tours. I thoroughly enjoyed taking folks through D.C., Maryland, and Virginia, explaining the complex story of Abraham Lincoln's assassination at the places involved in the story. Ever since the double punches of Laurie Verge's death and the COVID-19 pandemic, the Society hasn't been able to get the tours going again. With their blessing, I've started my own tour business to take people down the escape route once more.

I hope you'll all check out LincolnAssassinationTours.com and consider taking a tour with us someday.

Nice to hear you are starting this back up.
Hope this becomes a successful venture for you.

So when is this "Old Enough To Know Better" supposed to kick in?

Dave,

Sounds like a solid plan! Hope it works out well for you.

RE: Lincoln Assassination Tours
Thanks a bunch for the well wishes, all. We've already been able to sell a few tickets for our upcoming tours in the spring, and I've been working behind the scenes on some advertising items. I know this is a niche tour, so I'm trying my best to get the word out. I invite you all to follow us on Facebook, Instagram, and Bluesky (if you have them). I don't have a Facebook account, so my wife, Jen, manages it for us. Even if you won't be able to take a tour with us anytime soon, I hope you'll consider following along. You can also sign up for our email list here.

A couple of days ago, I received a nice endorsement from Dr. Edward Steers, who took a tour with me back in 2019. Dr. Steers emailed me out of the blue and was very generous in his praise. It certainly made my day.

RE: Lincoln Assassination Tours
Probably visiting the US this spring. Would be lovely to join any of the tours in April. When me and a friend visited last time the wonderful Laurie Verge was very helpful in both giving us a map and directions to follow but needless to say, two Swedes in a foreign country, we didn´t manage to visit all sites. I will check your website out. Would be wonderful to make it.

At the moment, our April 2026 tour dates are the 18th and 19th. It would be a blast to have you join us if those dates line up with your time here. You'd certainly receive recognition for having come the farthest for a tour.

If I still lived out east, I would offer to give you a private tour when you were here. For now, however, I still reside in Texas and will be flying myself to get back east for the tours. If our dates don't work out and you need any additional help trying to plan your own tour, let me know.

Also, congrats on your upcoming novel on Lewis Powell! Let us know when it is published so I can pick up a copy.

Tried sending you a PM but I'm afraid my technical skills failed me and there is a chance something went terribly wrong.
