awesome map website
Hey all,
I haven't been on here recently so I am not sure if this is posted anywhere, but I stumbled across this site:

http://www.historicaerials.com

Both the aerial and topographic maps are great. I love how the old roads that spread across the area have been paved through by highways can still be seen now, albeit hidden. Let me know your thoughts and discoveries.

Laurie, check out Beantown 1957.

Matt - Once again, I'm flunking Computer Skills 101. Would love to see our Maryland Beantown in 1957. My last memories are of only a few buildings still existing - a house with outbuildings and maybe a dilapidated store?

RE: awesome map website
Neat site. I found my street and went back over the years to 1952. The road was there, but very few homes. Fun to see how the town and neighborhood has changed.

Thanks for sharing.

I even searched the southern Maryland maps for the home of the little known conspirator, Kent B. Found.
Of coarse, even going as far back as 1952, he can't be found. Cool

So when is this "Old Enough To Know Better" supposed to kick in?

I am having difficulty attaching the photo directly, so here is a link. Let me know if it works.
