It's Orlando Valentine Flora, the person who, it was claimed by his daughter, bought the photograph identified as Thomas Lincoln. I just read Michael Lynch's article and saw the photograph there.

Steve, no it is not a person from the New Salem years.

Eva, yes, the person is male and knew Lincoln from the Springfield years. Herndon would have known this person, too.
