This has nothing to do with Lincoln studies, but I suspect the President would have loved this performance...

Just saw the movie LBJ and I give it a thumbs up. Lincoln would have loved the scene in which Johnson decides to go against the southern democrats and support the civil rights bill. He slowly passes by the Lincoln Monument in his limo and just when you think he's going to say something profound, he mutters "This is YOUR mess I'm cleaning up!" Funny
