This is just one more stain on the State of Illinois. If I were offered any job anywhere in that state, I would think twice about taking it. Their budget crisis would scare me off.

Same here. Lincoln jumped out of the window as a last resort to block the vote. I can't imagine that scene without a smile although it wasn't really funny.
