And the guy next to him is talking on his cell phone, discretely covered by his napkin.
(He's probably just trying to disguise his voice on the phone. "Hey, let me speak to George Townsend. Hey George, have I got a scoop for you! Guess who I'm sitting next to?" They all look like they can't wait to start eating. 
So when is this "Old Enough To Know Better" supposed to kick in? |

I remember meeting James Hard at the Memorial Day Parade in Rochester,NY in the 1950's.His son and I were members of the Sons of the Union War Veterans.What an historical thrill it was for me then and now!
