You got it Eva. It is James Wills Bollinger. His collection, while not in the same league as the "Big Five" was quite impressive. The collection now resides in the University of Iowa. Here is part of it.

Steve got it right. It is James and Ruth Painter Randall (albeit a younger James). I had a feeling it was too easy.

Sorry Roger, but it's not Lewis. This person said on his initial meeting with Sandburg that there was nothing in him to suggest "incipient genius."
