All good guesses, but none correct.

At my worst in the hospital I was on 44l of oxygen. My mind was wandering, and for some unknown reason, I thought of this letter. I decided I would put in a trivia question about it if I survived my illness. It's intended to make forum members try to think of why the writer was hoping for a quick reply from the President. Try to think outside the box.
