Noted author john Evangelist Walsh has died on March 19, 2015 at the age of 87. Among his works are "The Shadows Rise: Abraham Lincoln and the Ann Rutledge Legend" (1993) and "Moonlight: Abraham Lincoln and the Almanac Trial" (2000).
