"I Am Abraham Lincoln" - New Children's Book

There is a wonderful new children's book called I am Abraham Lincoln by Brad Meltzer. It's from the Ordinary People Change the World series from Dial Books for Young Readers.

Lincoln speaks directly to the young reader. They are not direct quotes from Lincoln but rather the author's words that express who Lincoln was.

"In life, strength can take many forms. But there's nothing quite as strong as standing up for someone who needs it.

"No matter where you're from or how little you have, one thing that can never be taken away from you is your voice."

Mr. Meltzer also has a book on Rosa Parks coming out in June.
