I have been in the process of getting ready to move all summer.Low and behold I came upon a box of books about the Civil War and Lincoln.McPherson's book was given to me as a retirement present!So,I finally finished it!This book gives an excellent insight into Lincoln's"skills" of leadership.My favorite chapters were-How Lincoln won the war with Metaphors and The Hedgehog and the Foxes!Many of you have probably read this masterpiece already,If not-give yourself a Summer Treat!
