YIPES! - What a surprise! Rowan Slater was Alive in 1886 I have "proof" that he died between Sept 1881 and April 1882. (See my post #7, herein.)
I doubt that any of these Posts are WRONG.I need to take another lookn at the Will. It might be that the Will was prepared in 1882, but was not probated until after 1886, and the subscript - that Rowan was deceased - was added at that time, without a current date. This news is "welcome" - since it may lead to additional info on Rowan. Excuse me please, I have some digging to do. |
