For those of you interested, there is a book "Don't Shoot That Boy" by Thomas Lowery, that has been mentioned on the forum.

It doesn't go in to much detail on the individual cases Lincoln reviewed, Steve has gone into more detail than any of the cases I remember reading about in this book. I'll dig it out and see what I can find.
