RE: Mt Pulaski Court House
I'm glad you enjoyed your visit. It is powerful to stand where Lincoln stood. Mt. Pulaski is one of the few places left where you can do so. How was the condition inside? I last visited around 2017 and the inside was in pretty rough shape. The plaster on the walls and ceiling in the courtroom was in bad condition. I inquired with the state about plans/budget for repairs and was told things were in the works (I think spearheaded by local folks). I think the work has since occurred, at least I hope so.
