In the little town of Hardinsburg, Kentucky there is an attempt being made to preserve his home. This past September my wife and I attended the Community Day celebrations. Reenactors of the Lincolns, the Grants, soldiers, men, women, and girls can be seen about the grounds. If you look at the pictures from this past years community day you can see my wife and I. A presentation of a wreath at Judge Holt's grave started with a procession led by Lincoln and Grant. I can be seen holding my wife's hand. So please check it out and possibly make plans to go in 2019
