It is equally as hard for citizens, Eva. It occasionally opens up briefly for photo ops - mainly with Mrs. Obama and selected children's groups.

I wonder why they've made it so difficult? Maybe when they had those two security breaches recently they went on lockdown.That's such a shame. I wish that everyone could appreciate the beauty of this lovely old historic building,
