What fascinates me most about Clara Barton's office is that it sat undisturbed and undiscovered in downtown Washington for nearly 150 years. I correlate it with the discoveries in the "National Treasure" movies where long-lost treasures are revealed in historic locales. Both the office and Clara Barton are "national treasures."
