Hello Laurie, Do you know the date of the forum in gettysburg next year. My wife and I go to Gettysburg quite often and would love to try and attend. We were there this past summer for a reenactment and custume ball. I have a friend that is in the Philadelphia Brigade Band and he has been going to Gettysburg for the last 20 years. We were to go this year for the 150 years celebration. But my wife and mom want to go to Washington and stay a few days and go to Fords theater and other sights. Since being on this forum there are alot of places that I would love to vist. I have not been to fords theater since it was remodeled. Laurie, When do you think would be the best time to vist Washington if you don't mind me asking. thank you Gary
