Prince Charles in DC - Susan Higginbotham - 03-19-2015 11:18 AM

Prince Charles and the Duchess of Cornwall have been in D.C. this week and are taking in some Lincoln sites. They've visited the Lincoln Memorial and the Lincoln Cottage.

I guess the Wok n' Roll isn't on the royal agenda. Smile

I was so in hopes that the Prince was a secret addict on the Lincoln assassination and that we would have a visit to Surratt House. Oh well... It's for the best because of last minute crises with the conference and the phones ringing off their hooks with press inquiries about our story. I have talked to people from CNN, Reuters, Historynet, and others this week. The gentleman from Reuters may show up at our conference this weekend. There is definitely interest being stirred up about the 150th.

One of my guitar-playing buddies works at a charter school the prince visited last week. Said he was a nice fellow but was a lot shorter than my friend expected him to be.
