When Willie Lincoln died, former President Pierce set aside his political differences with Abraham Lincoln and wrote him a very warm and sympathetic condolence letter, as one grieving father to another.

In this sad context - after delivering his lengthy address (the longest inaugural address at all) without an overcoat or hat, William Henry Harrison consequently caught pneumonia and died a month later. One First Lady faced the same fate (dying of pneumonia after attending an inauguration in the bitter cold). Who?
