Welcome iwastheking !
Welcome to our Forum, Mark !
You will find that we're a very energetic and friendly group of folk who are absolutely facinated with history. Just want to say that your George Atzerodt was absolutely amazing -- the BEST Atzerodt ever...and I've seen a few! When we first got a glimpse of you on screen at the Premiere, those seated around me gasped....it was like viewing the REAL Atzerodt! Demeanor, looks, attitude, voice - all perfect! Kudos ! RE: Welcome iwastheking !
Welcome Mark! I don't really know if it's a complement from Betty saying your the best George Atzerodt! All kidding aside, we hope to see you on the symposium. Your portrayal was terrific. Hope to see you on here.

Agree with Betty, Roger, and Jim-you were perfectly cast for the role. What is "I was the the king" in reference to? Elvis came to mind-but he still is king!

RE: Welcome iwastheking !
Hi, Mark--
Your website's resume mentions your work on a production of Me and the Devil Blues. That indicates to me that you are familiar with the music of bluesman Robert Johnson! As a fellow who's played-- or tried to play-- Mr. Johnson's music for the last 45+ years, I wish I could have seen that show! Your work on Killing Lincoln was excellent. Best regards-- --Jim Please visit my blog: http://jimsworldandwelcometoit.com/ |
