RE: Presidents and First Ladies Trivia
It's not Clinton. Actually, however, Eva is on the right track as the right president's "problem" did involve other women...

RE: Presidents and First Ladies Trivia
Eva, that is an outstanding guess, but it's not Kennedy.
Hint #2: IMO this President did not have a "reputation" for "activities" with other women. |

Nope, it was not FDR. But you are in the right century.

Theodore Roosevelt?
So when is this "Old Enough To Know Better" supposed to kick in? |

RE: Presidents and First Ladies Trivia
I am sorry, Gene and Bill. But neither guess is correct.
Hint #3: I will give my opinion about this President. If others disagree, that is fine. But IMO this President did not have a reputation as a "womanizer." Thus, a certain comment he made about women was newsworthy. |

RE: Presidents and First Ladies Trivia
I am sorry, Bill, but it was not Coolidge.
Hint #4: The comment this President made about his feelings for women was during an interview with a well-known mens' magazine. |

RE: Presidents and First Ladies Trivia
Congratulations, Bill!! Jimmy Carter is the answer.
In an interview with a well-known mens' magazine Jimmy confessed to "lusting in my heart" for other women. Rosalynn Carter was asked about her husband's admission and replied: "Jimmy talks too much, but at least he's honest..." You win a lifetime free subscription to Look magazine. |

The magazine clue did it--but there were not many presidents left to guess!

RE: Presidents and First Ladies Trivia
Here comes a triple whammy:
Which First Lady was a direct descendant of Indian princess Pocohantos? Which First Lady won an Emmy Award? Which First Lady was the first to earn a graduate degree, wear slacks in public, and develop a White House tour for the blind and deaf? |
