Christmas Greetings from Surratt House Museum
This booklet on Christmas history and traditions is given to visitors at Surratt House during the holiday season. We hope that you have time to read it, perhaps learn a little history, and then have a warm, wonderful, and meaningful time.

I should mention that several of the graphics are photos taken in Surratt House: The front cover, the kitchen table with gingerbread men, the family dining room table with turkey, ham, and oysters and the snowball cake. The selection of greeting cards at the end are part of my personal collection that are on display.

Great illustrations.

Thanks for the Sweet Potato Souffle.
I'm not big on sweet potatoes, but some of the ingredients may make it more palatable.
Fido really enjoys cooked sweet potatoes, however we may have to leave out the sherry.

So when is this "Old Enough To Know Better" supposed to kick in?

Thanks for sharing. While I make a killer cheese souffle, I might have to give the sweet potato souffle a try.

Have you or Fido had good old Southern sweet potato pie? It gives pumpkin pie a run for its money.
