Hint #1: If I would have put this in another category the most logical one would be Assassination.

Kudos, Betty! I was worried no one would get this one. Yes, it is Dorothy Fox looking out from the "romeo-juliet balcony" at Tudor Hall.

RE: Who is this lady?
Roger -

One of my fondest memories is spending the night in the John Wilkes Booth bedroom at Tudor Hall. It was a lovely spring night and I slept with the door to the balcony open -- however the bed had rope bed-springs and it was the most uncomfortable sleep I've ever had in my life! But a pleasant night all the same! There were a large group of Boothies present as we were going on a Booth tour the next morning.

RE: Who is this lady?
Nope, this lady was born well before her. Our "mystery woman" was born in 1811.

Sorry for being flippant, but I sure wouldn't like to meet her in a dark alley...

Laurie and Gene...you're both actually on the right track. A tendency toward fighting did run in her family.

Nope, Rob, it's not her.

(Help, Laurie. Should it be, "it's not she?")
