RE: Hanging Mary: A Novel
I've only been able to read a few chapters so far, but I'm enjoying it tremendously.

Wonderful interview! The book is a great "you are there" read...don't miss it!

RE: Hanging Mary: A Novel
I lost my internet connection about 13 minutes into the interview, but was enjoying it. Can't wait to hear your talk at the Surratt conference next month.

Conference Update: Registration is up to 110, Friday bus tour into Southern Maryland has been filled for over a month with a long waiting list, and the Sunday tour into Central Maryland has three seats left. The two tours will also offer a free booklet entitled Down the Backroads of Civil War Maryland.

Our Authors' Hour from 4:30-5:30 on Saturday afternoon will feature Ed Abel (A Finger in Lincoln's Brain), Fred Hatch with his latest book on the Conspiracy Trial, Kathy Canavan (Lincoln's Final Hours), Susan Higginbotham (Hanging Mary), and John Fazio with Decapitating the Union. We will be selling books throughout the conference, so buy them and get them signed.
