Lincoln Financial Foundation Collection Assassination Books
The Internet Archive has many books available from the Lincoln Financial Foundation Collection on the subject of Lincoln's assassination. The books, which consist of "excerpts from newspapers and other sources," cover a wide range of topics such as "Stanton at Bedside," "Funeral Notices," "Burial of John Wilkes Booth," "Southern Reactions," and, of all things, "Astrological Predictions."

RE: Lincoln Financial Foundation Collection Assassination Books
While attending the Lincoln Colloquium in September, I had the opportunity to visit the Allen County Public Library (in Ft. Wayne, IN) where the collection is held. They have some great items there. There is one particular photo from the Lincoln's photo album that I especially recall - it depicts Tad in a military uniform. He had drawn on the photo (facial hair, belt, and other) to make himself look older and more like a real soldier. Fantastic! Much of this collection was formerly held at the now defunct Lincoln Museum in Ft. Wayne. I am hoping to make a trip back this summer and delve into the collection and do a little research.
