Is that part of the University of Maryland in Baltimore where Samuel Mudd studied medicine and graduated in 1856?

Oh my - after I posted this I see Joe posted the same.

OK, I'll guess it's Georgetown College where Dr. Mudd went prior to the University of Maryland OR St. John's College where he went prior to that.

Hint #1: This was not a school nor other kind of educational institution.
Hint #2: The building still has the same function as when happened what I am looking for.

There was a hospital next to the University of Maryland - this is where Dr. Mudd practiced in his last year at the university. Is it this hospital?
