Hi Rick. I believe it's Dr. Mudd's wife, Sarah Frances Dyer Mudd.

Slight correction. Her name was Sarah Frances Dyer Mudd. She died on December 29, 1911 at the adjoining Gardiner farm where she lived with her daughter Rose De Lima “Emie” Mudd Gardiner and her husband Albert J. Gardiner. My mother was born at the Mudd farm two months before Sarah Frances died, so I think she probably held my mother as an infant.
