Attached is a link to the last major speach President Lincoln gave, a little over a month before he was killed. It is a short speach. The language is a bit difficult to follow, but read through it and you can tell where President Lincoln's heart and goals are. It was not a popular speach at the time. The north may have won the war, but there were still bitter feelings between the north and the south.
