I have no idea why the description says:"Booth had committed suicide on April 26, 1865"???

Does anyone know where this is from?

The image of the conspirators sitting as "Gallow's Birds" was from a lithograph titled "Uncle Sam's Menagerie" published by G. Querner, copyrighted in Washington, D.C., on June 7, 1865. It presents an inflammatory (and premature) statement on the fate of the conspirators while the trial was taking place. It's interesting that all of the accused conspirators are depicted as birds except Mrs. Surratt. She's depicted as a rat with a rat's tail, mocking her name.
