Another great resource for editions of Harper's Weekly and Frank Leslie's Illustrated Newspaper is Archive.org. Some university scanned their bound collections of these newspapers and then uploaded them there.

Their grouped by volume number rather than by date. So, if you're looking for another period of time, you may have to search and read the dates on the top of the newspapers to see if you have the right volume.
