Did Joan or Julie scan it and send it to you??? Julie is my computer guru, and her desk scanner can do up to 600 dpi, I think. Joan's is a cheapie. Drop me an e-mail at laurie.verge@pgparks.com to remind me - if you think the 600 would work better for Dr. Mudd.

Yes, it came from Julia Cowdery on July 13, 2012. The scan was at 72 dpi, but I really don't think it was anything Julie did, the original was just not very good. Scanning it at higher resolution will just make the bad areas bigger, not better.

This is the original I started with, as you can see, not the best of images, but again, this is usually because of the condition of the original and not the scan.
