Thank you, Laurie, Betty, Tom, Blaine, John (Jeff), Barry, Jim, and all my new friends.

It was such an honor, and such a grand time.

The only downside is -- in the midst of all that I'm doing -- needing to write and produce something relevant enough to come and speak again!

And thank goodness for this forum, where I can stay in touch with you truly wonderful folks, your hearts and minds.

It was nice to see the behind the scenes before most people I though . . . that stuff always intrigued me, plus the story about Tom Hanks and the reps from Nat Geo!!!! Hilarious!!!

RE: Surratt Conference presentations
Mark your calendars for 2014 conference (#15). I have signed the contract with Colony South Hotel for Saturday, March 15, 2014. That means that the conference will run from Friday, March 14 through Sunday, March 16. Ignore warnings for the Ides of March!

I have also reserved a block of 30 rooms for that time period. And, there is a good-sized list of potential speakers that we will be paring down. And they said we wouldn't last...

I tried to make Philadelphia cheesesteaks when I lived in Kentucky, but you can't get that great bread. Philadelphians claim the Philly water makes better bread. Who knows.
