Oh my...I just got up, and I cannot believe what I am reading. I am humbled and honored by your generosity. I am speechless and totally surprised ("shocked" might be a more accurate word). Friends, thank you for your kind words! I am not good at extemporaneous speaking or writing; just know how very much this is appreciated. I will remember this forever. My wife does not get up for another hour; I cannot wait to tell her.

This is a well deserved public recognition for all that you have done and continue to do. Considering some of the "interesting" people we have had on the forum, your patience and politeness has been quite a personal example for all of us, in addition to your example of enthusiasm and knowledge in sharing about the life of Abraham Lincoln.
I am looking forward to adding this new site to visit for this years Springfield Tour.

My understanding from the ALPLM is that the paver will be laid in October and they will send a photo of it once it is done.
