Speaking of elections, I understand that Mr. Lincoln was not on ballots in the South in 1860. How did that happen? Did those folks refuse to put him on the ballot?

They've officially finished counting in Florida. John Bell won there.
So when is this "Old Enough To Know Better" supposed to kick in?
