Laura Keene?
I saw this photo on a Civil War site. The playbill is for Our American Cousin at Laura Keene's theater in NYC, which she opened in the late 1850's.
Although her head is turned, the woman on the right strongly resembles Keene to me.

I am no photo expert, but I think you may be right, Joe. At least to my aging eyes, it looks like the noses
are the same. (I could not find a left profile as extreme as the one in Joe's photo.)
