2021 - FREE - Abraham Lincoln Association Symposium
A great opportunity to listen to some Lincoln related programs – FOR FREE!!
Because of the ongoing pandemic, this year’s Benjamin P. Thomas Symposium, hosted by the Abraham Lincoln Association (ALA), will be held virtually. It will be available for any who would like to watch/listen. Here is a link to learn more about the program: https://abrahamlincolnassociation.org/20...um-events/ The webpage gives information on the speaker’s topics and their biographies as well as the program schedule. It should be noted that the program times listed are for the Central time zone. |

RE: 2021 - FREE - Abraham Lincoln Association Symposium
For those looking to watch this program live, the presentations will start at approximately 11:00 am (central time), 12:00 pm (eastern time). I will make updates here if something changes. I would recommend watching on the ALA YouTube channel.
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vfWIi3OLqnY Apparently the opening ceremonies for the Center for Lincoln Studies at the University of Illinois Springfield (starting earlier) is being broadcast on another site that required pre-registration. There seems to have been some confusion about that. I suspect these programs will be archived on the ALA YouTube channel for viewing later as well. I will post here with a link later when I can confirm that. For those interested the presentations are now live at this moment on the Abraham Lincoln Association YouTube channel. Can view on your computer via web browser or though a YouTube app on a mobile device. Hope you can join in! https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vfWIi3OLqnY |
