To everyone here at the Lincoln Symposium, I wish all of you a very Merry Christmas and a wonderful New Year!

It is hard to believe that this is the last Christmas of this decade. I wish everyone prosperity and good health going into this new decade of adventure.

I continue those wishes for a wonderful holiday season with the hopes that our country comes out of the current fiasco (on both sides) a better place. And, remember twenty years ago when we were all concerned about what would happen when Y2K occurred?

Best wishes from this side of the pond, too! I find it hard to believe that 20 yrs have passed since the millennium turn - feels to me like it wasn't longer than a decade ago. And I don't really feel 20yrs older...
