Another Proof Showing Lincoln Scrupulous Honesty When It Comes To Finance.
On March 5th 1961, President Lincoln Corrects a Salary Payment Paper. He was supposed to be payed for President work from March 1st. Yet he was inaugurated on March 5th. So he asked to be paid from the very inauguration day and every 5th of the month. He would not take any extra money. Where are the scrupulous public servants today?

Is this a trivia question?
I'll guess the DMV (The Dept of Motor Vehicles)

So when is this "Old Enough To Know Better" supposed to kick in?
