Billy the Kid photo?

Have they found another one?
An out of focus photo of a young man in a cowboy hat is identified as Billy the Kid by several unnamed experts hired by the owner of the photograph.
Included in the photo is Pat Garrett (who aledgedly gunned down Billy ) He's the one with the thick mustache, thin face and a cowboy hat too.

"Abrams (owner of the photograph) thinks that his group photo shows Billy, Garrett and their companions enjoying themselves. “They are all celebrating – they have cigars, they have booze,” he said.
Apparently they are celebrating their hard won croquet match.
