I have searched but couldn't find any references to these page images of the editions of two Washington DC newspapers published just after the assassination.

Washington Weekly Chronicle (Apr. 18th) (8 pages) and Daily Morning Chronicle (Apr. 15th) (4 pages).
I have endured a great deal of ridicule without much malice; and have received a great deal of kindness, not quite free from ridicule. I am used to it. (Letter to James H. Hackett, November 2, 1863)
